Since the number of rooms allocated are very limited. We are in need of a few more details from the authors who require accommodation at IIT Indore, Campus. Please read the instructions below and submit the form.
1. Room for conference participants are available only from 5th July 2025 to 12th July 2025.
2. Rooms will be allocated on First Come First Serve basis, a payment link with fee details will be sent from the hostel office, based on the payments the rooms will be reserved.
3. Rooms will be allocated to only the participants of the conference, family members and friends will not be accommodated.
4. A valid Id card has to be provided during check in.
5. Submit the form only once
6. Note: Accommodation purely subject to availability.
